thanks - I guess that is what I have to do. Anyone want to report him
for violations?

Maybe if Apple II vilations matter to you, then

report item

150344685065

why? ebay policy
<http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/recordable.html>

Only copyright owners, or the copyright owners’ licensees, are
permitted to list their products copied onto recordable media (such as
VHS tapes, Audio tapes, CD-Rs and DVD-Rs) on eBay. Sellers listing any
type of recordable media must state their copyright ownership or
license to resell these items in their listings.

example:

Compilation of "freeware" and "shareware" programs on one CD-R

So are you planning on taking on Asimov and What is the Apple IIGS
sites next? I'm sure if a specific copyright holder contacted this
seller about having his/her abandonware removed, he would comply.

no point in selling old disks you actually bought
when somebody can burn images & sell em cheaper.
Oh, wait, hey, maybe someone should burn asimov archives etc
& sell those as well to folks on ebay?
OK buys beer for a few weeks I guess ;-)
