Sorry for the misinformation. I have never used ProTerm to any extent,
as I always used my own software Data Highway for my II+. That is no
longer available these days, so my immediate thoughts were ProTerm
instead.

There should be some other legacy terminal programs out there suitable
for the II+. ASCII Express comes to mind, though that was a commercial
program, which may now be 'abandonware'.
