For example - when I ordered a wiznet module for $20 it cost me another 
$25 (plus tax on their service)  to have Fedex (or whomever it was at 
the time ) to clear it through customs. I prefer the postal system ($5) 
but some companies only deal with couriers.

Digi-key for example handles that (I guess they build it into the CDN 
price) - I just pay a $8 delivery charge (its a local ship to me) and in 
most cases parts are here next day.
