It is fairly easy to convert MIDI into the IIgs' MidiSynth format
(think SynthLab), and that is exactly what I did with all the music in
"Colouring for the IIgs". The main trouble I found in doing this is
that the quality of the conversion differs greatly from one MIDI file
to the next. This could potentially be remedied by tweaking the
Wavebank used for each file (I use a common Wavebank for all music),
but it is something I haven't attempted as yet. Another problem with
using MidiSynth on the IIgs is that I found it to be unstable running
at higher accelerated speeds, something which the guys at Brutal
Deluxe also noted when creating Lemmings (also using MidiSynth music)
- they mention it in one of the readme files distributed with
Lemmings.

Indeed! I loved that game back in the day, and wouldn't mind playing
it again... :-)
