Another 128K SRAM and 2 small locations are extras. This is
a prototype.

I don't see why not. This card is basically a completely separate
computer linked to Apple only by a single 8 bit register each way.
However Apple only services i/o, so its speed won't make CPM
programs run any faster.
On the bright side if should be possible of using the fastest (20 MHz)
z80.
