Nitpick: the non-autostart ROM actually drops you into the monitor 
(asterisk prompt) on a CTRL-RESET. So it's CTRL-B RETURN for BASIC or 6 
CTRL-P RETURN for booting from Slot #6.

If the auto-reset timer circuit is missing, even with the autostart 
monitor you will have to press CTRL-RESET to get anywhere.
