I separate the codes for different libraries (Hires and QuickDraw)
into different folders. Broke some links above. Now all examples
include direct link to the source code, so you can see the Applesoft
BASIC like code directly in the browser without view source.

Rewritten the demo routine to reflect what I often do as Applesoft
demo.

You can access all codes from http://virtualgs.larwe.com/web/

I will slowly add in more functions for both libraries based on
feedback (and my own program needs).
