Re: SPAM from stockhunt needs to stop

After I wrote the Lawyer, and the Lawyer wrote me, I wrote the Lawyer, then 
the Lawyer wrote me... and true to character some attempt at the flexing of 
muscles was made...

I have yet to act accordingly and hope to find some time in the coming day 
to do a spam count and make the complaints to abuse at yahoomail and gmail 
naming the company and so forth. Then I'll let the pot simmer and stir 
occasionally and see what's cooking. Not that I have a taste for bioled SPAM 
you undertstand but it is really annoying to try to figure-out what threads 
have new posts when every thread in the group is spammed. Yikes!

See below. This is the last one. I guess Keith and I didn't have much left 
to discuss. I was a little surprised that I forwarded 60 spammed messages. I 
know there were many more, but I confess that I didn't count and stopped 
when it felt like there were enough. That mouse finger of mine is quicker 
than I thought. Darn! Gotta watch that... but a retaliation would be more 
grandiose I'm afraid, more in the magnitude of 10 to the 6th or so.

Sorry to have disappointed the poor fellow.

Your request has been forwarded to the Company. I can do no more for you. If 
you feel you were wronged or damaged you should seek recourse. I am, 
however, surprised and disappointed that such an avowed crusader against 
SPAM would forward me over 60 E-Mails of SPAM in retaliation without first 
checking the facts. The WHOIS listing for Stockhunt.com lists us as the 
administrative contact; that is not to be confused with the owner of the 
site, which we are not. Contrary to your comments and threats, we have no 
control over the site and no liability for its actions.



I would ask that you not engage in the same conduct you find so offensive, 
which I might add I find offensive as well. Your concerns are well taken and 
I respect and agree with your position and have communicated same to 
Stockhunt. I trust that all parties will exercise discretion and act 
accordingly.
