I have an AR Labs EPROM+ programmer and it supports bi-polar PROMs but
I would need to buy (for US$119) [or build] an adapter card. At least
the software was included (and updates are downloadable). If I ever
need to program bi-polar PROMs I will probably get the bare-board
adapter and build it myself.
