I tried your suggestion, but it's definitely a Windows program, not
DOS, so there's no way to force it into fullscreen.  It starts up as a
window.

If I check the 640x480 box, then it does adjust my monitor's
resolution, but KEGS32 is still in a window.

Maybe my frontend can send a keystroke to the emulator on launch to
set it to fullscreen.... I'll try that next....
