: Well, it may help and it may not. I don't know if those few cards
: would pull that much power. If I were you, I'd wait until I heard from
: the other guys on this site. They're a mine of information and they
: may have another (better) solution for your problem. They've seen it
: all.
:
: As far as my power supply setup goes, I got the LittlePower adaptor
: from Reactive and pulled an ATX supply out of an old PC. Quick, cheap
: and painless. I went external, but Reactive has a source for a small
: supply that fits inside the case.
I have a Buggie AT supply, never installed. Only out of box to see
what it looked like, and also Henry's 200 watt IIgs PSU with the
floppy and hard drive connectors, which I find works great with
any setup I've had in there. I've had as much as:
Superdrive - slot 7,
Microdrive - slot 6,
CMS SCSI II - slot 5,
Zip-GSX - slot 4,
CFFA - slot 2,
and Focus with 128 MB HD - slot 1.
It handles all of that, but, I can't vouch for longevity,
since I haven't been running it very long at one time.
