If I remember the thread about this, block 0 is the ProDOS boot block
and block 1 is the SOS boot block.  On normal ProDOS disks, only block 0
has any code in it and block 1 is empty so you need to copy the SOS boot
block 1 from an SOS disk onto a disk which has the ProDOS boot block 0
(or vice versa).

But this is just from memory so I'm not entirely sure.
