I'm having trouble building a disk image that I can use to boot both
ProDOS on an Apple II and SOS on an Apple ///. Looking through the
archives, I understand what has to be on block 0 and block 1. And I
have a few disks that are formatted for ProDOS with both boot blocks
in place. But it doesn't seem to work to just copy over SOS.KERNEL,
DRIVER and INTERP to such a disk and boot it in a real or
virtual ///. Is there an example disk image out in the wild that is
thusly bootable in both type of machines?
