Any idea what that would be in EST here in Canada?  I'm often up early
in the morning as even when I'm working I am on a midnight shift so tend
to stay up all night Friday and Saturday.  I'm currently at GMT -5:00
and near as I can tell you are talking about a time zone that is about
GMT +9:00.

That means 9 pm for you would be around noon in Greenwich and therefore
5 am for me.  Is that about right?
