Looking up a file, creating a new directory entry at the
new location, copying the directory entry, and deleteing
the old directory entry is a non-trivial chunk of code.
Unfortunately, "commands" must be memory resident (unless an
overlaying loader is used for the external command processor).
Of course, a program can be run just by typing "-" in front of
the name, but, again unfortunately, ProDOS does not provide way
to pass general parameters to a program on the command line.
A general external command processor that "registers" external
command programs, passes their argument(s), and invokes them
as disk-resident programs would be a very handy tool.

ProSel must be installed for it to work--usually on a hard disk.
