Yep, that's a 50-pin Amphenol Blue Ribbon connector--the old
standard for SCSI.
I would expect that lots of Apple shops would have old SCSI
cables around--with DB25 on one end and your drive connector
on the other.
BTW, the pass-through connector makes me wonder if the drive
has internal termination. If it doesn't, you'll also need a
SCSI terminator--something else that a Mac shop would be likely
to have in their junk bin.
