Yes, it's the 15K RGB -> XGA converter.  It's a nicely finished unit
as opposed to bare board.  I did not locate through a US source -- I
ordered directly.   They were quite reliable for me at least.. and
delivery wasn't all that slow even though I opted for the riskier
methods.
