Not that I'm aware of. All CP/M cards that I'm aware of take over the Apple
host when active.

Maybe it's someones test rig - to make sure their hardware or software will run
on the real card AND the clone.

Just speculating... as I can't think of a logical reason to have 2 of each
Videx and Softcard installed.
