Yes... Unplug from the motherboard. Push the clip release, it hinges
from the front, so pull up from the rear.
Put the new supply in, front first. Mate it with the hinge, then push
the back down into the clip. Attach the plug to the motherboard...
(I think the US supplies have a switch on them to allow 110/220
input?)
(PAL/NTSC issues? I dunno if the PS has anything to do with input
frequency)
