yeah, that is correct... but I don't think you'd end up with any
lights on the card working...

you would have +5 going to +12 on the card...  +12 would be
connected to +5...

then you'd have ground on the MB going to IOSELECT on the
card (which is active low...)

-12 and -5 on the MB would be going to the address bus of
the Uther.  I think -12
would probably overload the chips on Uther?
