With the exception of the battery for the clock, I'd be willing to bet that your machine and all its electronics would power up and run today. For all practical purposes (meaning human lifetimes) solid state electronics (that don't run too hot) last forever. The occasional "random" failure occurs, but they are quite rare. "Wearout" is almost never an issue for low- to medium-density chips.
