     This '.PDF' file is "old news".  The source files, complete with
original comments,  became available in the CSA2 GMail account in July
of last year.  There may even be a listing file there that has "object
code and addresses".


Yes, after writing that I moved it into the appropriate directory
and found that the earlier files were of the same source--and they
include a real listing.  ;-)
