I thought I had made a mention of distributing those somehow- I would
like to use them in the rollout of a small but expanding and hopefully
ongoing, contributing project.

Essentially, I've setup a wiki on another site and my goal is to move
the informational stuff from apple2.org and let that be the hardware
collection only. I have the original csa2 FAQ that was granted to me,
some years back, as well several other reference pieces I've done.
There's nearly enough to open it up for consumption on there right
now.

In the next 24 hours I'll make an announcement.

As for the SAMS stuff, as long as they are able to be ordered I do not
want to make them available for any downloading as that is just not
the right thing to do. Perhaps they've never sold any and maybe
they'll cut loose of it... we could ask. But seeing as it's still a
listed item, thats pretty doubtful as cost of goods is zero and even
if they sell one..
