I've not had any success in finding real service documents for Apple
monitors.  The only thing I've found is a dealer schematic for the
Apple II Monochrome.   I've seen quite a few schematics of the earlier
equipment but none of the later.   I've concluded that Apple is not
likely like Sony -- who produces (or produced) wonderfully detailed
service manuals for their monitors.
