Hi,
I have searched a little the group for informations to get the IIc+ to
higher Mhz.
Based on that I did the following:
1) got the latest and greatest WDC 65c02, rated for 14Mhz
2) got faster RAM (70 ns)
3) got faster oszillators to replace the original
I have no schematics of the IIc+ so I guess I miss something because
my IIc+ will handle a 28Mhz Oscillator but does not run with a 40Mhz.
So what did I wrong? Is there another device blocking the higher
speed? Do I have to care about the frequencies the oscillators run
(meaning to have an exact multiply of the original)?
I did speed checks against a IIe, IIgs and a simulator on my Mac and
it looks like that I run now at ~8Mhz.
Someone has posted to have the IIc+ at ~10Mhz just with a oscillator
swap, I have no Oscillators to test this but I have guessed I would
make it into the range of 14Mhz with the faster processor and Ram
