If your printer can handle them, you can create postscript files directly
on your GS using the LaserWriter driver that comes with System 6.0.1.
Just put the driver into your Drivers folder and reboot.  Then select the
LaserWriter from the DirectConnect control panel.  The next time you
print, issue a command-F from the print dialog box to output the post-
script as a file (there's no visible option to do this, so you have to
know the command).

Transfer the postscript file to your other computer via ftp, modem, or
disk and take it from there.  (IIRC, the postscript file appears as a
text file in your Drivers folder, but it's been 15 years since I last
did this.)

I printed many college lab reports written in AppleWorks GS to the campus
laser printer back in the days when all the PCs, Macs, and Amigas in the
dorm were printing theirs on dot-matrix printers.
