I took another look and I definitely do not have the "VULCAN" driver
file in the files you sent me. There is a file called VULCAN.MIND, but
it shows up as a "binary" file, not a GS/OS Driver in the Finder. I
have never heard of this VULCAN.MIND file and don't know what it is
for.

So if you or anyone else has the "VULCAN" GS/OS driver file, please
feel free to send it my way :).
