Absolutely.  You just need to make sure you set the slot with the SSC
to "Your card" in the control panel.  You then tell ADTPro which slot
to talk to in the config menu ('G' from the main menu).

You won't be able to go straight from metal to ProDOS and 3.5" disks
in one shot, at least not with the tools in the package.  You'd still
need to go through the intermediate step of DOS 3.3 which we can
bootstrap over the wire to ProDOS which we can push across as a disk
image using DOS-based ADT.  The details are on the bootstrapping
