Again good advice if you have a spare IIgs power supply handy. But if
you do not (and do not want to fork out for one), you could go a
similar route to what I did which was to leave the motherboard IIgs
power socket alone, but modify the power supply plug. In my case, I
found that old IBM AT style power supplies had a suitable plug that
could be adapted. The AT style power plugs fit snugly into the IIgs
socket - the only problem is they are 1 pin too small. I got around
this by using a bullet head terminal for the remaining pin. A bit of a
hack I know, but hey, it works!  ;-)
