That means ADT sent a request, and it's not hearing a reply. Some
possibilities:
* The SSC isn't in the slot ADT thinks it is
* The serial port on the PC isn't where the server thinks it is
* The null-modem-ness of the cable isn't null-modeming
* The serial port speeds differ between ADT and the PC
* There is something wrong with the code you compiled
There's a lot of variables to nail down. One thing that will lock
quite a few down: is this the setup you ran A2 Game Server
successfully on?
