Given Guillaume is in France he probably has a 50Hz IIc which requires
an external RF modulator/PAL adapter (which clips to the rear of the
IIc and screws into the 15 pin monitor connector). The base unit
outputs neither NTSC nor PAL (just like the International Platinum
IIe).
