I made the Mini-ATX a while back as an intended internal replacement for a
dead supply.
It turned out due to flawed logic it wouldn't fit. the fan got in the way of
the edge support ribs for the lid in the platinum. I believe there would be
ample space in a ][.
I finally finished the job yesterday fixing a couple of aspects I was
unhappy with.
Firstly it now has a power switch.
Secondly the -5v regulator is now mounted via electrical insulation to a
heatsink.
I know AT(X) supplies as replacements are nothing new, but I thought people
may like to have a look at the painfully cramped interior of mine.

The inside. It changed a little since I took the photo. Most notably I
relocated the wire with the rubber tube over it. When I moved the regulator
I thoughtlessly put the wire over the top of that twisted white bracing
wire. This blocked the fan.

The outside of the power supply. A clone disk ][ controller card next to it
for scale.
When I eventually get to updating my site I may put those photos up of it
there too. I still need to put the working C source of MicroUSB up as it
is.
Tristan.
