The ROMDisk is where the RAMFast Utilities are stored, as well as the
drivers I think I need.  I'm just not sure how to access that drive.
Nothing seems to see it, and the manual makes the assumption that the
card is going to be used as a fixed disk controller.  ProDOS utilities
didn't see anything.
