Re: I need help

In your situation, you should be able to apply for a pell grant and
probably a few scholarships. In reality these things are available for
the taking, and most people never bother to sign up for them. I've
been through the whole poor college student routine, with no intention
of every doing that again. There is money there for grabs, it's a
matter of finding it. Try going to the financial aid office and
setting up time with a counselor to help find these opportunities. I'm
sure they can help you come up with something.

Second to that, is your school so demanding you can't pick up a
part-time job on the side? I know everyone's different, but my sister
managed to work a desk job, go to school full time, raise a young
toddler and pull off straight A's. All at the same time, mind you.
Not everyone has the energy to do it, but if you're faced with a true
sink-or-swim situation you might be amazed at what you can pull off
when you believe in yourself.

Good luck to ya!
