Michael pretty much answered your questions already. Here are some
additions that may help you a bit.

J18 is the correct one but you may need a longer speaker cable.

Same wiring but you'll probably need a longer cable, too.
You can build one from an old PC floppy or ATAPI cable for example.

Usually the caps have a voltage marking with a capital V behind the
voltage value.
