Finally got it running properly.... my problem was setting the Network
Pref Pane to use the Keyspan USB/Serial port... basically I disable the
Keyspan adaptor in the Network Pref and bam everythings fine.. I was
definately making it harder than it need be! Thanks to those who gave
advice!
