Unfortunately you have to boot from a ProDOS filesystem which is
limited to 32mb. A CD can be 'formatted' as either HFS or ISO-9660 and
be readable by GS/OS, but unfortunately you can't boot from those
filesystem types.

I don't believe it's possible to partition a CD either, but I've never
tried it, so as they say anything is possible
