My suggestion implies to fill the card first,
then try the jumpers and see what you get, not
to mess with how the banks are filled. There
may be a problem with the card. Also, which
ROM version IIgs are you trying this card in.
I've discovered that GS-RAM (1.5 MB) doesn't
work in a ROM03 IIgs, and this card which uses
an odd logic scheme as well may not work in the
ROM03 either.
