Actually, here's the thing:Apple's user group license only allows distribution of software that Apple itself carries on its web site. That includes System 3.2 but NOT 4.0.2. It also doesn't include DOS 3.3, by the way.
Syndicomm has a second, exclusive license with Apple that allows us to distribute anything APDA used to distribute, including System 4.0.2, DOS 3.3, and much more. This is above and beyond the user group license that A2Central.com has.
