Not all 1Mx1 DRAMs are the same - some are page mode, some nibble mode,
others are static column. My data book groups these under 411000,
411001 & 411002 respectively. They do all have the same pinout. Apple
IIgs RAM cards need chips that have CAS before RAS refresh timing.
Unfortunately my databook does not have those Samsung chips listed but
it does look like it might work -

How much are the chips you are looking at? Are they cheaper than
US$2.35ea?
