Yes, I've managed to source some for $1 each. The chips are used, but
as long as they work, I'm happy.


The datasheet I managed to find is here:

IIRC the 41000's are listed in the Apple 2 FAQ as being the correct
chips for these RAM cards. Comparing those datasheets, the DRAM's
appear to have the same characteristics.

I also referred to:

for a cross reference of chip manufacturers. The KM41C1000 (Samsung) is
listed in the same category as the M5M41000 (Mitsubishi).

I have placed my order, but if someone can tell me that the chips are
not compatible I will cancel.
