That what the III represents. A Z-RAM Ultra II has memory and clock,
and a Z-RAM Ultra I has only memory (like the original Z-RAM)

There's also no reason at all that the Z-RAM Ultra won't fit in any //c
regardless of motherboard, with the exception of the //c+. The only
other exception is some very early //c motherboards had the MMU
soldered on, and the Z-RAM requires this to be removed and placed in a
location on the card. It's a fixable situation for the brave though :-)

Z-RAM gives you 'Ramworks' style memory, where the Apple card gives you
a 'slinky' card in virtual slot 4. In theory, it'd be possible to have
both installed at the same time, but practically speaking this may be
impossible mechanically.
