It makes sense to use CF in the replacement memory card, since it's
practically speaking only useful as a Ramdisk anyway. With the
availability of DOS master, and now Apple Pascal Profile Manager
working once more, you could have a nice setup on a IIc or IIc+

It might be pretty tricky to keep up with the read/write speed,
however.
