There are lots of freely available emulators for the Apple II series,
and they can easily be downloaded and burned to a CDR.  Google is your
friend.

The Apple II ROMs are included with some, and not with others, depending
on the wariness of the poster (since they remain copyright Apple and
Microsoft).  Again, Google and Apple II FAQs will be helpful.

Disk images for an unbelievably wide range of software is also readily
available on the web, as Google will demonstrate.
