If you by "Pascal System" mean Apple Pascal: no, it's not possible.
Apple pascal used its own file system, a file system quite different
from the file system of ProDos. The Apple pascal file system has no
subdirectories, and files can never be fragmented - so occasionally
you'll have to perform a "krunch" operation on the disk, which moves
the files around such that all free space is gatheret at one contiguous
space on the disk. You never need to do that on ProDos....
