Perhaps I should dig up a utility I once wrote in Turbo Pascal under
Apple CP/M: it read text files off Apple Pascal disks and then wrote
them as CP/M text files.  I used it to transfer all my Apple Pascal
source code to CP/M, and after that I never touched Apple Pascal anymore.
