And there are at least 2... 14.31818 for NTSC and 14.25 for PAL.

For a IIe I think that a card could easily be designed to take the Aux
slot signals and produce a line doubled VGA output were it not for the
fact that people probably already have a 1MB or better Aux-RAM card
filling that slot. Some Aux-RAM cards can have daughter boards attached
but that suddenly fragments the market.
