be VERY leery buying from this guy. His attitude and 'self protection' 
is extreme and opens you up to getting screwed rather easily. Especially 
being overseas.

Find a more honest and calm headed seller on ebay. That way you can get 
your $ back from paypal when he stiffs you, which i suspect will be the 
case here.
