    The CDP-1302 has a 0.25mm pin-stripe, doesn't it? (dot-pitch refers to
shadow mask displays incidentally). That would be incredibly sharp for a
IIgs, but at the same time would affect dithering in the 640 mode--colors
will not be solid looking (even on my NEC MultiSync 3D that's an issue).

I'm still wondering how its colors compare with the AppleColor RGB.
On one hand its an aperture grille tube, yet on the other hand its not as
dark tinted. Only way to find out is to place them side by side...

The 1302 only supports RGB (digital/analog) which is kind of a turn
off, unlike say my Amiga 1080 monitor which does analog RGB, digital
RGB, composite and S-Video (via a split Chroma/Luma).

Price isn't so much the issue, it's whether I can afford the _space_ to
store yet another bulky CRT in here. :) I might grab it if there's a chance
I can get ahold of a properly wired cable...would a Macintosh II version
of the cable work on the GS? It's still sitting in the shop meanwhile.
