Perhaps the ROM contains ML code to interface via PR# statements,
like the applemouse card...

It would be interesting to see what the card was originally
intended for, and what kind of ROM support was provided.

Most general purpose 6522 cards didn't bother with a ROM,
since they could be used for so many different purposes.
